There several issues and inconsistencies in VtES which need to be addressed urgently. Check the following questions and see if you can figure out why the situations described are possible (or not)!
How can you target somebodies head with an Earthshock? With Migrane? And how do you target vitals when throwing a Stunt Cycle or a Well-Aimed Car? Ouch ..- What kind of cheap Learjets is this, if a Helicopter costs as three times as much?
- How does War Ghoul fit into Leather Jacket and Kevlar Vest and a Flak Jacket at the same time while driving to combat on a Hawg or a Sport Bike?
- How does the Repoman put a Learjet or a Helicopter on the hook of his tow truck?
- How does an Elephant Guardian, a Wolf Companion, several Raven Spies fit into an Unlicensed Taxi Cab? (Hint: It starts with opening the door of the cab!)
- How can a vampire become a Red List Infernal Anarch Black Hand Seraph Liaison at the same time in the World of Darkness?
Why is there only one famed vampire at a given time. With "American Idol" and such Fame seems more like a Trifle to me?- How can a vampire use Taste of Vitae to retrieve blood from another vampire, when he detonates a Bomb hundreds of meters of away from his opponent?
- How could Carrion Crows inflict damage on on tbe opposing vampire when you turned yourself into a Body of Sun and all retainers in combat took an equal damage?
- Why is a Toreador equipped with Light Intensifying Goggles who blocked using Enhanced Senses only tapped for a single round, when the opposing minion uses a Flash Grenade against him?
Why does anybody want to use Seduction on any Nosferatu?- Why do you gain only the same amount of insurance for burning down the Parthenon than for burning down a Storage Annex in an Insurance Scam? And why does Kingston Penitentiary costs double the amount of the Palace of Versailles?
- Why isn't Camera Phone sponsored by Vodafone or any other telecommunications company. And where's the iPhone?
- Why doesn't do Death of the Drum extra damage if the vampire has been equipped with Drum of Xipe Totec?

You're not throwing the Stunt Cycle; you're riding it past the person and clotheslining them. That's why it's defeated by Celerity.
