Manituan of Puppets has published an unoffical VtES set named "Gods of Evil", consisting of a large number of crypt and library cards with the infernal vampires and the Baali in particular as a theme. While the main article is in Spanish (which I do not speak regrettably), the cards designed by Manituan are in English. And they are definetely worth a look (or three).
