Deck of the Month: September 2009: Mata Hari shifts you!

This month's deck is the tournament winning deck "Mata Hari shifts you!" played by Pauli Kiova during the Finnish ECQ 2009.

The deck is an interesting mixture of a vote deck based on Camarilla princes and Mata Hari's special ability to play any minion card requiring a clan and/or a sect. One of strength of the deck is diversity of the deck where the opposing players have a hard time guessing what's coming up next.
