Columbus,
Ohio with 35 players attending the qualifier tournament. The final standings were as follows:

Rodd was playing some kind of Tremere thing. He only took one action before it was ousted, so I'm not entirely sure what his plan was, but I asked him after the tournament and he said that it was a votey toolbox.
