... using the +1 bleed ability of Club Illusion is similar to using an action modifier, that is you need to pay the cost (1 blood) for using the ability right away. For the same reason is utilizing the Club Illusion ability is not considered an action that requires being Anarch (e.g. for using CrimethInc. later to untap). This is independent of the requirement that you announce using +1 bleed modifier from Club Illusion when announcing the action.
