.. that have to play Freak Drive before you replace Bum's Rush (or any other card that is replaced until the end of the action).

The reason is that while Freak Drive is playable at the end of the action, Bum's Rush is only replaced until the end of the action. Thus, by replacing Bum's Rush there's no time window left for playing Freak Drive.
