Deck of the Month: December 2010: Obey Redux

This month's deck is the tournament winning deck "Obey Redux" played by Mike Zajac. This month it was rather hard to decide for a deck of the month, since December is usually a month with rather few tournaments. I decided for the Malkavian Old School Bleed & Vote deck as shown below, not because it's an innovate or overly clever design, but because it shows that you can still use your old card collection (pre-1996) to win a VtES tournament. With the exception of Gran Madre di Dio, Italy all cards are from the Sabbat or earlier expansion.

Vote and bleed down prey, and reassign pool via Parity Shifts to keep others from being ousted; bounce with Deflections and reduce combat with Obedience and Read Intentions; slow to start up and weak against Grapples and heavy combat, but tends to keep things interesting, as passing votes is rarely a problem.
