  • October 9th: "VtES Scheduled For Fall Release"
  • December 15th: Dark Sovereigns expansion released. Introduction of the Giovanni and Ravnos clans.

  • March 16th: The Sensible Player's Tournament Rules are published.
  • May 29th: Ancient Hearts expansion released. Introduction of the Assamite and Followers of Set clans.

  • October 28th: Sabbat expansion released. Introduction of the 10 Sabbat clans.

  • August 7th: First North American VtES Championship in Milwaukee (WI), USA takes place during GenCon.
  • November 21st to 22nd: First European VtES Championship in Vienna, Austria takes place.
