Did you know, that ... (Part 78)

.. that when playing Repulsion on a vampire, the stealth provided by the card is added immediately to the action, even though it might not the be needed at that point. The relevant point here is, that it's not the play of the card that grants the stealth (like Lost in Crowds etc.), but the card being on the vampire -- and nothing stops you putting it on the vampire (unless they already have one).
