This is a good question. The tournament was a regular constructed tournament with no peculiarities preventing .. I'll go ask the tournament organizer for the reason (if any)!

Yes, I was qualified before; winning a ten-player tournament as well as entering the finals of the Belgian nationals earlier this year.
