"Lords of the Night" Preview #6: "Trochomancy"

(c) 2007 by White Wolf Inc.A day earlier than expected the 6th preview of the VtES expansion "Lords of the Nights" came up, it's the "Necromancy" card "Trochomancy". As Jeroen Rombouts pointed out in the internat. newsgroup this card has written "Silver Bullet" all over it. It's good against:
1. "Shambling Hordes" -- since it requires an ally or retainer in the ash heap; ironically it's a "Necromancy" card itself.
2. "Sudario Refraction" -- also often a "Giovanni" staple.
3. "Imbued" -- to avoid recursion of "Convictions".
4. "Anthelios, the Red Star" -- to avoid recursion of Master cards.
It's pretty decent card by itself, especially since "Necromancy" didn't had any bleed modifier yet. But of course it's a new staple card for the "Harbinger of Skulls"; since they were lacking some ousting power, and have access to the most the reliable way to increase the amount of cards in ones prey's ashheap, the "Slaughterhouses", "Trochomancy" is an excellent addition to the Harbinger's milling deck technique.
